Will anything be shipped?

No.  All files are digital so nothing will be shipped. 

When will I receive my files?

You'll receive a confirmation email after your purchase confirming the sale. Minutes later you will receive a second email with link to download your files. 

I'm having technical issues with my files. Can you help? 

No, unfortunately technical support is not included. 

What happens if a file I purchased gets updated? 

Once you purchase a file, it is yours forever and any updates I make to that particular file will be included. This is only for updates of existing files and does not include adding new items to bundles. 

What license does my purchase include? How can I use these files? 

All files are for personal use only and the personal license covers one person's use only. The TipToe Fairy retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of all products. 

If you would like a commercial license to use files for profit or sale of any kind, please reach out to stephanie@thetiptoefairy.com to discuss pricing for a commercial license. 

Can I use multiple discounts at once? 

No. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Discount codes are often only available for a limited time and if the code is expired, a discount will not be given. 

My file isn't downloading, can you help? 

Try opening the file on a computer rather than a mobile device.
